Philipp Hölke

Over the past decade, Philipp Hölke has built a dynamic career across the investment, software, and consumer sectors. He is co-founder of Cerana Capital, a Singapore-based venture capital fund, and co-owner of Ebb & Flow Group, a leading food and hospitality business, where he served as COO and CTO for six years, driving growth through technical and operational expertise.

With his commercial, operational and technical expertise, he is responsible for LegalVault's product architecture and development, as well as commercialisation of the platform.

Philipp began his career in the Investment Management division at Goldman Sachs in London, following a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science and Management from University College London.
